How soon can I get placed in a job?

• Sometimes the same day, but it all depends on your skills and our current job opportunities.

If I take a temp position, will it ever become permanent?

• It could. Our clients will always inform us if the position is "temp-hire" which enables us to advise you of the possibilities. However, once on the job, it is your responsibility and efforts which will more than likely determine your fate.

How much can I make?

• Most employers are paying above minimum wage for temporary positions. We will always advise you on the starting wage before assigning you to a position so that you may decide if the pay is right for you.

If I am hired on as a temp-perm, how long will it be before I am permanent?

• Our clients can employ you on "temp" status for up to 90 business days (720 hours) before bringing you on permanently. They do have the option to change your status sooner, but there will most likely be a small fee.

How should I come dressed for an appointment?

• Whether it is for and interview with us or with a potential employer, we recommend that you dress for success! First impressions are lasting and often instrumental during the hiring decision.

If I am not happy with a job can I quit right away?

• That decision is yours to make. We do not encourage "job tasting" as it often reflects negatively on you, as well as us. We DO encourage all applicants to ask a lot of questions and to get a good feel for what the job entails from the potential employer, during the interview process. If the job doesn't sound right for you, take a pass on it and we will continue to work with you on another position.
